I came here because the name made it seem a little more luxurious, but the experience was more basic than I expected. The service was extremely quick, and while the staff were friendly and welcoming (which I really appreciated), the quality of the polish wasn’t the best. It wasn’t terrible—I’ve definitely had worse—but it wasn’t anything special either. It worked for a last-minute pedicure, and I liked that they accept tips through Zelle, but I probably wouldn’t come back unless I needed something super quick again.

I had an amazing experience with Lynn! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and professional. The attention to detail during my visit was impressive – my nails look absolutely flawless! They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I truly felt pampered throughout the whole process. I highly recommend rockland bails & spa to anyone looking for top-notch nail care. I'll definitely be returning!"

Very clean and professional there was a 30 min wait because I didn't make a appointment but was promptly given that information and was helped asap I got a (30$) mani (first time) and was surprised by not only the attention to detail but cleanliness and friendliness had a good experience and would absolutely go again

Came in asked and i walk out 2 minutes after. I have never received such a unpleasant welcome. The lady that was supposed to do my pedicure looked bothered that i came in. I asked what was wrong the manager i believe, said she wanted to go home. Her face said it all. I even asked if she wanted me to come back the next day it was 345. She started to fill the basin and i felt she was not going to treat me accordingly. I said no thank you and i walked out. Am sorry these services cost a lot and i tip well. I want to be treated not like a princess, but well. The only reason i went was because the girl that use to work with me left the other salon. I miss her already 😪

Horrible service! Picture are attached so you could see results, I don’t want to judge the place base in that person who took care of me, but he did an horrible job, if you are not a professional then don’t do it! Sad that I spent $45 in this. Shouldn’t pay a dime for this shtty job. Definitely not coming back.
